Virginia Magua

Virginia is an experienced HR (human resources) consultant who has both a practical and educational background in the often complex HR profession.

Her experience includes handling basic day-to-day HR queries, to navigating various employee relations, and managing complex disciplinary and absence management cases.

Virginia studied human resources management at university level, achieving both a degree and Master’s in the subject, gaining skills she now uses in wide variety of practical work matters.
