Kimberley Barrett-St. Vall

Kimberley is a partner and has significant experience acting for a range of clients. She works with employers on a wide range of legal issues including business disposals and acquisitions, restructures, individual and collective redundancy matters, employment law issues and advice regarding post termination matters as well as designing and delivering bespoke training sessions on an array of HR and employment issues.

She has particular experience in corporate support work, dealing with TUPE issues on a business disposal or acquisition, outsourcing and second-generation transfer, redundancy advice in respect of an employer’s legal obligations, issues in relation to Employment Tribunal claims and drafting of service agreement and restrictive covenants. Kimberley has successfully assisted with many senior exits, supporting directors and their companies through that often troublesome period.

Kimberley specialises in GDPR and works in partnership with employers to upskill staff in dealing with HR matters. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
