Amy is an experienced HR consultant who is also a qualified mediator and (level five) coach.

She previously spent time working in organisational development, before moving across to HR, where she has worked for a number of years.

Amy has experience of a full range of caseloads, including significant working knowledge of disciplinary cases, absent management and change processes.

She also has experience across local government and the charity sector and achieved chartered CIPD status in 2025.
