How does it work?
The programme is delivered through six one-to-one coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
Sessions can be delivered:
- Face to face for individuals based in the north west
- Via Microsoft Teams if preferred
- Further afield in person, with travel charges applying where relevant
Participation is voluntary and works best when individuals attend with an open mind and a genuine commitment to their own development.
The sessions are tailored to each individual, focusing on their specific development needs. Topics may include problem-solving, performance improvement, imposter syndrome, prioritisation and time management.

Meet your coach: Amy Musgrove
Amy is an experienced HR consultant, qualified mediator and Level 5 coach with Chartered CIPD status.
With a background in organisational development and HR, Amy brings broad, cross-sector experience to her coaching practice. She works with individuals to achieve meaningful personal and professional goals through focused, practical coaching conversations.
Amy is also NLP qualified, with NLP techniques thoughtfully integrated throughout the coaching process to support confidence, behavioural change and goal achievement. She has also experienced coaching herself, giving her insight from both sides of the process.
