HR Community LIVE: Celebrating International Human Resources Day with Insightful Connections and Conversations

Join us in celebration of International Human Resources Day which is on Monday 20th May 2024. International Human Resources Day is a pivotal occasion acknowledging the dedicated efforts of HR professionals worldwide. Established in 2019, this relatively new celebration highlights the crucial role played by HR professionals and those wearing a ‘HR hat’.

We invite HR professionals to come together on Tuesday 21^st May 2024 for a special half-day event. Attendees will be provided with the opportunity to recognise the success of HR through an engaging program.

Martin Drake Founder of Higher, will kick start the day with an insightful key-note session focused on accelerating your personal growth and career direction, identifying your drivers and aligning them to your professional journey.

Neil Welsh from PM+M Financial Planning will deliver an interactive workshop on Financial Health as a pillar of wellbeing. Financial planning hints and tips are promised that will be of use to attendees personally as well as being able to use this knowledge within their businesses.

Zaidha Roscoe from A Little Light Shine Coaching, will guide delegates during a workshop designed to identify strengths and harness those through thought provoking individual and group activities.

Katy Connon, Head of HR at Transport for Greater Manchester, will engage delegates as she shares stories from her career to date, what she has learnt, high and lows, delivered with humour and gusto.

A surgery style panel discussion made up of knowledgeable professionals from a range of sectors and specialisms will answer participants questions, focused on personal and professional development.
