Sophie Fulwell

Sophie Fulwell is an experienced solicitor who specialises in advising businesses on all aspects of employment law. She advises businesses in a wide range of sectors and has a particular experience and an interest in advising businesses in financial services, technology, education, retail and leisure.

Sophie has worked at Napthens since September 2023 and is an active member of our AfterAthena team.

Sophie’s specialisms include advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, providing commercially focused advice on large-scale HR projects, advising on day-to-day HR issues relating to the employee life-cycle, drafting and advising on business protection via post-termination restrictions on employee activities, drafting contracts of employment, service agreements, HR policies, strategy guides and other HR-related documents and representing employers and senior executives in complex employment tribunal claims.
