With more than 16 years of experience in employment law, Ruth provides clear, practical advice to businesses on all areas of employment law, including disciplinaries, grievances, and discrimination matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ruth worked as an in-house employment lawyer for the trade union USDAW (Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers), where she advised union officials and members on all aspects of employment law, represented members in Employment Tribunal claims, and delivered employment law training.
