Emma leads the HR consultancy team at AfterAthena, supporting the delivery of HR training, planning, project support and an onsite HR provision for clients.
She is one of a dedicated team of specialists working alongside the firm’s wider employment and HR team.
Emma has more than 19 years’ HR experience, both as a consultant and working in-house, and has a particular specialism in complex employee relation matters, including TUPE.
She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
