Olivia Riley

Olivia is an associate solicitor with the AfterAthena employment department based across the Preston and East Lancashire offices. She qualified as a solicitor in 2019 with a regional law firm, prior to joining AfterAthena and the Napthens Group in October 2022.

Since joining AfterAthena, Olivia has developed strong relationships with business owners and managers, delivering timely and practical advice. As well as drafting appropriate contracts, policies and procedures, Olivia also provides day-to-day support to our clients in relation to routine people management issues such as sickness absences, capability and disciplinaries and grievance procedures.

Olivia works hard to get to know our clients and their businesses in order to provide a swift service, focused on delivering risk-based advice to help achieve the best commercial outcomes.
