Nikita Passi

Nikita is an associate solicitor with the AfterAthena employment department based in the East Lancashire office.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2020, having worked as a paralegal within Napthens Group’s corporate department, and currently provides support to the team on a wide variety of employment matters.

Prior to working with AfterAthena and Napthens Group, Nikita acted as a paralegal in the legal department at Lancashire County Council.

Nikita, who can speak fluent Punjabi, achieved her undergraduate degree at the University of Leeds and completed her LPC and Masters at the University of Central Lancashire where she achieved a Distinction.
