Jane Pinfold

Jane leads AfterAthena’s health and safety team, having been with the firm since 2020 as a health and safety consultant.

She supports the team and clients in ensuring systems, practices and practical solutions are in place that mitigate risk, streamline business processes and deliver improved health and safety outcomes for people and businesses across northern England.

Jane has significant experience in delivering changes to traditional behaviours and influencing excellent operational standards, through targeted frameworks that drive consistent performance on all health and safety matters.

She works alongside leadership teams to apply an agile and systematic approach to all levels of any business, to ensure the desired standard to guide workplace health, safety and welfare are weaved into the fabric of any business.

In additions to her consultant role, she has also worked as a business operations analyst, identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to enhance processes and operations, to support the growth of the team, through leveraging technology to optimise workflows, address challenges, and improve efficiency.
