Charlotte Carey

Charlotte is a associate solicitor in the employment team and has experience acting for clients on a range of employment matters including disciplinary and capability issues and managing long term absences.

She has particular experience in corporate support work dealing with the employment aspects of business disposal and acquisitions including drafting director service agreements, reviewing SPAs and APAs and drafting disclosure letters.

Charlotte also has experience in advising clients on each stage of the Employment Tribunal process including drafting ET3s and grounds of resistance, dealing with disclosure and the drafting of witness statements as well as providing general advice on the tribunal process.
