Angela Barnes

Angela heads up the increasingly busy Business Immigration service that supports AfterAthena’s. Employment Law and HR services. She is a Legal Director in the team, with over 15 years’ experience.

Angela helps businesses to navigate the complex process of hiring talent from outside the UK. She spends much of her time providing compliance training to clients, as well as presenting at seminars and webinars on global mobility. Angela is renowned for her ‘jargon-free’ approach, conveying complex immigration rules and processes in a succinct and easy to follow way.

Along with her experience in law firms, Angela has gained invaluable knowledge in both the consumer and public sectors, with the likes of Asda, Royal Mail and Cumbria County Council.
