HR Connects at Blackburn College

A half day event designed to connect, inspire and develop HR professionals across the North West. Delegates will benefit from a networking breakfast, followed by a panel discussion chaired by AfterAthena’s Jenny Winstanley, Head of HR Consultancy. Jenny will be joined by Mia Finley, People Advisor, who will also be a part of the panelist. The panel will be commenting on their observations of the working world in the context of HR, along with providing insight and tips to fast-track your HR career and ensure the HR voice is heard in business.

The key note speaker, Rebekah Tapping, Global People Director at Silver Cross, will deliver a session designed to inspire HR professionals and leaders of the future. To close the event, there will be an interactive workshop focused on developing your internal HR strategy, ready for you to continue to work on when you return to your business. Finally, an opportunity for more networking during the hot buffet lunch.
