Join us for an insightful session where we will be delving into the principles of equal pay and understand its legal significance within the workplace, with the help of employment partner, Oli McCann.

The topic will cover the risks around Equal Pay claims for employers and exploring briefly what equal pay is/means. Particularly focussing on the practical steps employers need to take to document pay decisions, to protect themselves against Equal Pay claims where there are differences in pay for jobs which are the same or of similar value. We will explore the material factor defences which many employers rely upon and what evidence you would need to retain to run a successful defence.
